Anna Schwarz is recognized as a practicing Clinical Psychologist in Australia and currently holds a Registration in Clinical Psychology with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Anna’s clinical practice was established in 2015 in Sydney, Australia prior to relocating with her family to Zug, Switzerland in 2018.
Anna has always been concerned with supporting individuals in achieving optimal health and well-being; delivering exceptional healthcare in medical and clinical settings. Initially, Anna completed degrees in Nursing and Midwifery where she became interested in how women experienced the transition into motherhood and impacts of postnatal depression. This interest led her to undertaking a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours), majoring in Psychology, at Charles Sturt University and then the successful completion of a Masters of Psychology (Clinical) at The Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP).
Anna is based in Zug, and is able to provide supportive coaching and consulting services. For home visits she can travel throughout the Cantons of Zug, Schwyz, Luzern, and Zurich. In home services are particularly useful for mothers and parents who have a young baby or toddler and find travel difficult.
